There are 3 main designs to choose from and each design can come with either silver or gold toned rhinestone spacers--please see the 2nd photo which shows the 3 designs in both gold and silvertone. You also choose the length (inches) of bracelet. For size reference, the average size for a woman's bracelet is 7 inches, and for a man's it's 8 inches, but to get an exact measurement, you can measure the circumference of your wrist and add another 1 to 2 inches depending on how closely you want the bracelet to fit (in general this type of beaded bracelet looks best fitting relatively close to the wrist).
